Credit and Loan Management Ltd is a debt advice company, we do NOT offer loans of any kind.
If you have been contacted by a company claiming to be Credit and Loan Management and offering you an unsecured loan, or any other type of loan, please DO NOT transfer any funds – it is a scam. If you have already transferred funds to a company, please contact your bank as a matter of urgency and inform them you have been the victim of an authorised push payment fraud.
If you still require a loan, please ensure you use an authorised lender and check that they have a valid FCA firm reference number and only use the telephone number provided on the FCA website. For further information on authorised lenders please visit https://www.fca.org.uk/ You do not usually have to pay any money up front, before you are granted a loan, so be alert.

If you proceed with a debt management plan we will charge you a monthly fee of £29.38, which will be deducted from your payments. The remainder of your payment will be distributed to creditors.
If we identify that an Individual Voluntary Arrangement is the correct solution for you, we may receive a referral fee if you decide to proceed.
We will not receive a fee if bankruptcy, a debt relief order or a debt administration order are recommended for your circumstances.
We do not provide advice in relation to solutions for Scottish residents. However, we can introduce you to a specialist advice company.
